In the Webshop(gronfeld.nl), you can pay via PayPal or Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debet, MasterCard, Maestro and MasterCard Debet. We first deduct the order’s amount from your account or your card when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. An amount greater than the sum you have approved at the time of purchase cannot be deducted. There are no extra surcharges for payments made in the web shop.
We ship your items within 3-5 working days of your order being approved and paid. If any delays, you will be contacted by email or phone.

Orders over 100 EUR are delivered with free shipping. For orders under this amount, a shipping charge of 10 EUR will be added.
Orders placed on gronfeld.nl webshop can only be delivered in The Netherlands. If you need shipment for other countries please use our international webshop – gronfeld.com

We deliver to private addresses, business addresses and post offices. All orders are delivered by parcel post with GLS. You will receive a notice of delivery by email. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, GLS will leave a delivery note in your mailbox, and you must then contact GLS to arrange collection of your package.

Right of return
You have 14 days to return or cancel your order when you shop at gronfeld.nl webshop.
The right of return starts from the same day you receive the item. The right of return can only be exercised if the product is returned in the same condition in which it was received and if the labels and packaging are intact. You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the package.

If you wish to return your purchase, we will transfer the money to your bank account within 14 days once we have received the product and checked that it meets the rules for cancellation. The only cost you have when you wish to return your purchase is the postage to send the item back to us.

If you wish to exchange the purchased item for another item, you must return the purchased item as described above, and we will then transfer the amount to your account. You should order the new replacement item by making a new order on the web shop, as all stock management is done on the web shop.

When you shop at gronfeld.nl, you have guarantee of 24 months. If you have received a faulty item or a different item to the one you ordered, you can either have the item exchanged or refunded. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the item or other damaging action. If your complaint is justified, and you would like a replacement, we will send you a new item free of all shipping costs.
Send us an email as soon as possible and attach a photo of the defective product so the complaint can be assessed. If you complain within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be made in good time.

If we fail to meet an agreement on your complaint, it is then possible to file a complaint to the European Commision Online Dispute Resolution using the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filling out complaint you need to provide our email address: customerservice@gronfeld.com

Faulty or erroneous goods should be returned with a completed returns form. On the returns form, you can see what information we need to process your claim.

Transport damage
It is very important that you verify that the shipment is not damaged upon receipt. When signing for receipt of the item, you are signifying that the item was not damaged or missing anything, and this means our insurance on the shipment is not valid. If there is the slightest damage to the packaging, you must make this known to the carrier on the spot.

With any visible shipping damage to the shipment’s content/item – what do I do?
Reject the shipment straight away “due to shipping damage.” The carrier will then take the parcel away again and you must then contact us and we will send a new one immediately.
With any visible shipping damage on the package/item – what do I do?
Inform the carrier that you will need to examine the contents of the shipment for any shipping damage due to the visible damage to the packaging. If for any reason the carrier will not allow this, you can either refuse the shipment or note “received subject to defects and omissions” on the shipping note, if you conclude that contents may still be in good condition. If the item is damaged, you must contact us within 5 days.
With any concealed shipping damage – what do I do?
Usually upon receipt of parcels, there is always the risk of concealed shipping damage. Immediately after you have received it and no later after 3 days, you must check that everything is ok, and if you should then discover any hidden freight damage, please immediately complain to us, and then we start a claims case and send a new item to you.

Data privacy policy
We make a record of your personal information for the sole purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with GRÖNFELD Aps and kept for three years, after which the data will be deleted.

When personal information is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

All employees of GRÖNFELD Aps. have access to the information registered about you. We do not store our customer data encrypted, but on computers that are protected by passwords.
Information on your name, address, email, phone no. and order no. Including specifications on delivery is provided for GLS or other shipment supplier in order to fulfill your shipment.

Information provided to the web shop is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. Once registered with the web shop, you have the right at any time to object to the registration.

You always have the right to access any information that has been registered about you. On request these can be deleted. These rights are in accordance with the Privacy Law and any queries concerning this should be sent to GRÖNFELD Aps. by E-mail to: klantenservice@gronfeld.nl

On the web shop we use cookies to optimise the website and its functionality to make your visit as easy as possible for you. You can at any time delete cookies from your computer. In Internet Explorer, you can delete a cookie by opening Internet Settings under Tools. Under Browsing History the Cookies can be deleted.

Web log analysis
We use a web log analysis on gronfeld.nl which means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where users leave the website etc. Log statistics are only for the purpose of optimising the Webshop and the website’s user-friendliness.
