PRICING POLICY

All prices are shown in DKK or EURO.

All prices include Danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe.

Prices do not include delivery charges. 

Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

 

PAYMENT

In the Webshop(gronfeld.com), you can pay via Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debet, MasterCard, Maestro, MasterCard Debet and IDEAL.

We deliver to private addresses, business addresses and post offices. All orders are delivered by parcel post with GLS. You will receive a notice of delivery by email. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, GLS will leave a delivery note in your mailbox, and you must then contact GLS to arrange collection of your package.

The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order.

On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by email.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Your order will be dispatched within 1-5 working days from the time you place your order.

Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Delays may occur during busy periods and public holidays.

GRÖNFELD Aps can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

Price of freight will be calculated according to your specific order (size and weight) and will be shown and paid in the webshop. 

International orders will be delivered within 3-10 working days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

GRÖNFELD Aps accepts returns and offers you 30 days of return from the date you received the product.

Please contact customerservice@gronfeld.com before any return of goods.

Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received.

Return of goods is at own expense.

Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.

We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

It is very important that you verify that the shipment is not damaged upon receipt. When signing for receipt of the item, you are signifying that the item was not damaged or missing anything, and this means our insurance on the shipment is not valid. If there is the slightest damage to the packaging, you must make this known to the carrier on the spot.

With any visible shipping damage to the shipment’s content/item – what do I do?

Reject the shipment straight away “due to shipping damage.” The carrier will then take the parcel away again and you must then contact us and we will send a new one immediately.

With any visible shipping damage on the package/item – what do I do?

Inform the carrier that you will need to examine the contents of the shipment for any shipping damage due to the visible damage to the packaging. If for any reason the carrier will not allow this, you can either refuse the shipment or note “received subject to defects and omissions” on the shipping note, if you conclude that contents may still be in good condition. If the item is damaged, you must contact us within 5 days.

 

With any concealed shipping damage – what do I do?

Usually upon receipt of parcels, there is always the risk of concealed shipping damage. Immediately after you have received it and no later after 3 days, you must check that everything is ok, and if you should then discover any hidden freight damage, please immediately complain to us, and then we start a claims case and send a new item to you.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can not guarantee that all available products at the GRÖNFELD webshop are in stock when your order is processed.

In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.

 

PRE-ORDERS

When placing a pre-order on our webshop, we will charge the amount for your order when we proceed your order. Orders will not be dispatched before full payment is received.

Your order will be dispatched as soon we receive the item from our supplier. We aim to keep the expected delivery stated in the item description but delays on the production can occur.

 

GUARANTEE

All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item.

This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.

In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact customerservice@gronfeld.com including your order number, images of the claim and a description.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information stored in connection with use of the website and webshop will be treated with utmost care and kept for five years. The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service.

For security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database. 

When personal information is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

All employees of GRÖNFELD Aps. have access to the information registered about you. We do not store our customer data encrypted, but on computers that are protected by passwords.

Information on your name, address, email, phone no. and order no. Including specifications on delivery is provided for GLS or other shipment suppliers in order to fulfill your shipment.

Once registered with the web shop, you have the right at any time to object to the registration. You always have the right to access any information that has been registered about you. On request these can be deleted. These rights are in accordance with the Privacy Law and any queries concerning this should be sent to GRÖNFELD Aps. by e-mail to: customerservice@gronfeld.com

On the web shop we use cookies to optimise the website and its functionality to make your visit as easy as possible for you. You can at any time delete cookies from your computer. In Internet Explorer, you can delete a cookie by opening Internet Settings under Tools. Under Browsing History the Cookies can be deleted.

 

WEB LOG ANALYSIS

We use a web log analysis on gronfeld.nl which means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where users leave the website etc. Log statistics are only for the purpose of optimising the Webshop and the website’s user-friendliness.
